I’m beyond excited to invite you to an unforgettable evening at Big Table Farm in Gaston, Oregon, on July 12, 2025, as part of the Outstanding in the Field summer tour. This event is especially meaningful to me, as I’ll be cooking alongside my longtime mentor and inspiration, Chef Melissa Perello of Frances. Together, we’ll craft a multi-course dinner that celebrates the bounty of the season and the incredible community that makes it all possible. Hosted by the wonderful Clare Carver and Brian Marcy, Big Table Farm is the perfect setting—rustic, welcoming, and deeply rooted in Oregon’s wine country. We’ll gather around a long table set in the fields, share stories, sip local wine, and honor the farmers, producers, and makers behind every ingredient. I would be so honored to have you at the table.

Goodbye Stranger: A Hayward Send-Off

Hayward was born at Mac Market—fueled by wild ideas, strong drinks, and a community that showed up hungry. You gave us more than just support—you gave us a home. Two years of laughter, late nights, and plates passed across the table later, we're packing up and heading down the road. But not before one last, late-night hurrah. Join us for Goodbye Stranger, a no-holds-barred farewell party and fundraiser to help launch Hayward 2.0, in Carlton. This isn’t goodbye—it’s a love letter. A thank you. A dance, dance, dance, party to close this chapter and raise a glass to the community that helped us make this dream into reality. $50 gets you in the door and onto the dance floor. Snacks are on us, drinks on you.
