Experience an evening where creativity meets purpose. More than 25 of Portland’s chefs, bakers, winemakers, and beverage makers will gather to craft small plates and sips from gleaned and upcycled ingredients—showing how what’s often overlooked can be transformed into something extraordinary.

All proceeds support Urban Gleaners, a local nonprofit dedicated to reducing food waste and fighting hunger by rescuing surplus food and sharing it with families in need. Their mission dovetails beautifully with our own zero-waste philosophy: honoring ingredients, celebrating seasonality, and ensuring nothing goes to waste.
